Daddy Days!

Bobby's job sometimes allows for random weekdays off. The past couple weeks he has had a few days off each week. Which has been really nice since he has been extremely busy all summer! The girls have been soaking up all the extra time with Bobby. We've taken them shopping, played on the backporch, and he bought them swings. It's alot of fun watching the three of them interact with each other. Due to a past horrible babysitting experience, with twins who had never been apart, we have also been taking them separetly to do things. Normally, just small little errands like running to the grocery store here in town. We are trying to get them used to not always being together. Also, the one on one time is really nice! They are starting to mimic words, facial expressions, and gestures alot. Raiden has picked up scrunched nose expressions from Bobby, pants like Jaxx when she sees him, and her favorite mocking me when I get onto her. She throws her had back and forth with a smirk on her face while telling me,"no no no no". Paiten, who has always been more vocal, prefers mimicing words. She says, "that", "yep", and "no" and tries to say Jaxx(jaaak) and Ali(aaaiiii). Bobby plays with them on the couch by "falling" on it with his arms up saying "aaaaahhhhhaaaa". The girls just laugh and laugh. Now PJ will sit on the floor with her hands up, jerking around saying, "aaaaaahh". She then pauses and cracks up. After a recent playdate with Haddy they are both fake laughing. Raid had done this awhile back but I guess she had forgot...but it's back now in full swing! They love their dogs, water, music, their kitchen toy, and lids. I also love music so we have my iPod on almost all day. They bob their heads, clap, splash to the beat, and bounce. Some of their favorite songs are MJ's "Beat It", "Hooked on a Feeling"(the song at the end Resevoir Dogs), CaseyDonahue's "White Trash Story", "New Year's Day" by Charlie Robinson, and Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's version of "You're The Reason God Made Oklahoma". I play these songs alot when Raid and Pait are tired or fussy. We have "Hooked on a Feeling" on a cd in the car. I have listened to it on repeat from between Woodward and Seiling to Thomas before. It calms them down, puts them asleep, and keeps them that way! Okay I'm gonna wrap this up... But here is some pictures of the fun stuff the girls got to do with Bobby!

People Watching

This is my trail run to see if I can get my attachments to work. This is the RJ & PJ's new favorite spot in the house. They love to watch everybody drive by. They ecspecially like loud vehicles(in particular semis). They laugh and clap as they drive by.
